Oh, and speaking of disappearing has anyone else had their overall wins totals reduced? Last month (Oct 21 and Oct22) Streak Survivor had major problems with frozen picks and totally incorrect monthly totals which affected the overall wins/losses total. When things apparently were sorted out I had 3 wins taken away and now I see my overall wins total has been reduced by 1 more since last night. My overall win total should be 2769 and not 2765. Also, you sent me emails in mid October that I would be getting a $20 and $30 gift card for my recent streak of 15. Where is it?

I, like lots of players of Streak Survivor take personal pride in their over all win and loss totals. Taking away wins a player earns is terrible.

Hey guys - yeah there was week or so when some games didn&#x27;t show up on the front end (happened when we were also having grading issues).  The grading issues have been fixed, and the team is still working on a solution to get those games showing for you guys.  The good news is that they are there, on the back-end, it&#x27;s just not showing up for you, which of course is not ideal.  Sorry for the frustrations on that - and thank you for your patience!
