Answer to your question is YES. We should not be able to make another pick, just as the rules state. This means you should do just a bit of research like checking the weather. But if that is too tough fer some to do, then they should look for another contest. Good luck with that, lol.

Agree Zillagod!   People complain about free contests where they put nothing into it.  Smh.   I have 51 ties on my record,  not once have a had a gripe about it.

Just because it&#x27;s a rule doesn&#x27;t make it good. Haha. You should get another  pick. Like myself I did check weather and said no rain till midnight  but stupid weather men etc dont do their home work cause they are wrong lots of times Haha.
