I'm curious....does anyone know which user is the most games over .500 in the Streak Survivor til now?
Post usernames and records in here.
@BazokaJoe
I think that's the winner already...??? Dude is an OG from 1999???
Most I've seen is : sdkrules = 3258-3164-96
Current streak of 12 / Most is 15

Not all the games are available and when I have no wins or even 1 win, just pick off the top of my head. My point is I wouldn't put too much stock into overall record, it's all about consecutive wins. My best, 13 in a row, was 117 games over .500 but not anymore, got killed baseball season, always the most difficult time of year.

I'm 1890-1697-67 for 52.69 %. I had a lousy Nov but did win the monthly $1,000 two times. I am shocked that the 2nd place guy showed his hand early yesterday and picked the UNC over 148. All the 1st place guy had to do is take the same pick and he wins the prize automatically because it was only between those 2 guys.. Stupid move by anyone to do that. When you're in a tight race towards the end,always make your pick minutes before the game....not at 12 noon.

Dog's win percentage over the last few years is ~53.8 percent. If you exclude MLB and NHL plays which by the way has the best odds of winning if you select games with the highest juice. (looking a yisman and deacon).. his win percentage drops to 45 percent.
In my opinion, the best player on streak survivor is JL023 . If I toss out MLB and NHL plays, his win percentage over the last 3 years is 57.56 percent over more than 500+ plays.

I know what your saying about the 2nd place guy picking early and then the 1st place guy just duplicating the pick,but in this case I don't think it mattered.Cleveland was (23-5)going into the last day,and the only guy who could tie his win total,Love2fck was 22-6-1.So even if Cleveland didn't pick any game and stood at 23-5 and Love won his game to go 23-6-1,Cleveland beats him on the % tie breaker.If Cleveland lost his pick and ended up 23-6,and Love2 won his pick to go 23-6-1,Love2 gets demoted a couple % points because of the 1 push he had.For some reason a push still counts a couple points against your % of wins for the month,it's in the rules of the tie-breaker scenarios.I would think a push would be the same as not playing at all,but it isn't you get deducted some % points for the push.23-6 wins against 23-6-1.I hope you understand what I'm trying to type here,maybe I'm explaining it wrong,but if you look at the tie breaker scenarios it explains it better.

^^^ Best I know of. Routinely runs up 8 win streaks. I have four hats and one hoodie, I'd love to know how many hats he has.

Oh, I know about consecutive wins....too bad this site doesn't get into the deets about how many win streaks each user has done and how many times they have done it. THAT would be good data to have.
My question was just out of curiosity.

Yisman's picks are in line with what's offered at the books at that time. I have yet to have my car-note or mortgage company refuse my money because it came from winning a heavily juiced hockey total. I routinely make a modest amount of money tailing these gentlemen's picks, it really has very little to do with winning streak survivor.....I ain't gonna ever realistically gonna win that anyway.

Well, in a perfect world, it would also be nice to see how many losses in a row these people have had betting a certain amount of games. JL023 recently went on a 5 game losing streak in his football picks. I'm not knocking the person, because losing streaks happen, I'd love for some coder to be able to scrape this site's data in the Survivor contest and crunch the numbers deeper for us to take advantage of. If you have some person on here over the last 5 years with over 500 picks, and the longest losing streak they've been on is 3- 4 games....then that would be something great for us to take advantage of. Any coders on here? LOL.

I understand what you're saying. My thing is....a win on the Super Bowl is no different than winning the third race at Aqueduct on a hum-drum Tuesday afternoon or a meaningless Baltimore Oriole game in late August. The odds are the odds and the payout is exactly the same. The green cash looks exactly the same too.

Hello To All ... I Rarely Post, but I wanted to say a few things.. My personal record % is only about .500 ( 3457-3425) . Not really that great. And my longest streak is only 11.
In the Old days Of Wagerline, You could make Multiple picks a day, So In Theory On A Saturday During College Basketball Season ,You could have made as many as 5 picks a day if the was a late 11PM EST game. ! That is why all the Relics like me have a large amount of wins and losses. Do any of the Relics know when Wagerline switched to only allowing 1 pick per day ?? Probably when the site switched to Covers I would guess .
Also , I take more stock in a Person's Monthly Record. 18 wins is something that Impresses me.....Not so easy to pick a winner for all 31 days
I follow a guy on here Named OLL5 . His record is 3528-3464 .Not a great winning % ,but he almost always has a good month. ( And he picked Green Bay over Minny Today...... Easy $$$ ) Like a lot of us , He is better at Certain Sports than Others
yisman is now one player I will keep an eye on too. Thanks For The Head's Up.

@tvigilante2020
Everyone is going to go on losing streaks eventually hence why its suggested not to place more than 2-3% of your bankroll on any given bet. I don't see the value in trying to surface which folks do not go on losing streaks because everyone does.

I was reading this thread and thinking about losing streaks. I know it's impossible to predict when a capper will go on a losing streak but eventually they will. I was playing around with a losing streak calculator and came up with some numbers.
One of them was that in a 15 game series length, a capper picking games that are 50/50 (a coin flip) has a 90% chance of losing 2 in a row. If I were to follow all new cappers who haven't lost 2 in a row after 15 games and fade them after a loss that they will lose their next game.
The same for say a 3 game loss. If a new capper hasn't lost 3 in a row after 30 games, there's an 89% chance of someone losing 3 in a row during that stretch. So after 30 games, fade the next game after they lose 2 in a row.
Do you think there might be anything to this or am i just chasing air.
