Nationals/Yankees graded incorrectly.

I had the Under, but the game didn’t complete 9 innings.  It got called in the 6th, and I got a loss.   Streak should still be at 2, not 0

I had UNDER 9 the Dodgers, Giants game last night.  It is recorded as a PUSH but my streak of 5 was reset to 0

The game has been voided meaning it won't count as either a win or a loss to your record. Your streak is now back at 2.

Why was the game voided? Just curious. Wasn’t it official?

I was on a W2 before sports was postponed and won last night and my streak was set to W1.  

So had a 1.... get a void for the Yankees game being under....gane is final and under but it’s void. Lol.  then yesterday I Pick the A’s game to go over....which the game did. Should have a 2. Nope. It’s a 1. Must of been another void. Just let me know which pick I can Make today without being voided. But won’t matter. Win and it won’t count. Joe Biden must be in charge over there 

It’s a rule in our contest rules and guidelines page for MLB games, if they don’t finish 9 innings (or 8.5 for home team win) then the game results are void.

As for the other issues that arose during the cancellation of sports due to Covid for both KoC and Streak Survivor we are investigating the root of these issues and we will have more information for everyone once we get there.

I had a streak of 4.  Won on Sat. with White Sox,now my streak is back to 1.

Mine's not right either

Hey since this seems to be the complaint dept, lol. I had a streak of 10 but never received my prize. Care to look into that one as well? Thx!
