Diamond Sportsbook is run offshore in Costa Rica making the Colorado laws and all US laws void I am pretty sure, but not positive. But if they weren't void then all offshore online sportsbooks would be illegal as well...I hope this is a better answer for you rather than "you're an idiot."
Not true. It is technically illegal in all 50 states to gamble on sports regardless of whether it is offshore or not. Check out the Professional Amateur Sports Protection Act of 2009. (PASPA). Only 4 states can legally have sports gambling as they had gambling laws on the books so a grandfather provision was provided for those four states. (Delaware, Montana, Nevada, Oregon). As it pertains to internet gambling, the SAFE Port Act enacted a law known as the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2009. This effectively made sports gambling through the internet (aka through offshore sites) illegal.

This month I won the $25 for a steak of 7 twice, and Lou emailed me letting me know you can only collect it once, which makes sense, since it's for NEW accounts only at Diamond. It's not alot of money, but to be"penalized" for HAVING an account is a first for this site as far as I can see. Kinda like, "oh we have your money already, your not getting the $25 for your streak of 7." I know it's so they can get new players to open an account, but for those of us who spend a ton of money at Diamond, it's a slap in the face.

This is pointless for US residents as online or phone-in betting is illegal. This is a link to Colorado laws, but the third or fourth Q mentions US laws as well.
I'll read the laws as soon as i'm done counting these hundred dollar bills the bank just gave me from the $1000 cashed check covers just sent me for my survivor win.

My streak is at 9 and still going, but nothing from Covers yet. I emailed Diamond, they said talk to Covers. I'll see how long I have to wait. IF I get to 17 or whatever you need for $1000, they WILL hear from me!

I see most of your complaints are regarding the $25 Free Play Prizes for a Streak of 7 wins in Survivor.
Once you reach 7 wins an automatic e-mail is sent to you the next day...make sure you check your junk folder as these e-mails are sometimes placed in there by your e-mail service provider.
Read the instructions carefully on the e-mail, it clearly outlines that you are to send certain information to Lou in order to claim the free play prize.
Please be patient, as the coordination of this process usually takes 7-10 days, and sometimes longer if you haven't sent your information properly to Lou.
Regular contest prizes such as Hats, Hoodies and Cash take anywhere from 6-8 weeks for delivery. In order to send them we require that you reply to the automatic e-mail confirming your address listed on your account.
Finally, if you have issues, send Lou or I a PM or e-mail the Contest Department here, you'll get your problem addressed a lot quicker that way as opposed to simply venting in the Forum.
Cheers,
-Rizz
