Man, that is one SCARY dog to back for today. They would be very profitable, but I don't know if there will be much bark in this dog. LOL. We will see. I absolutely love the trends, though. Keep up the good work, Booyahz! Good luck on you parlay, bud.

Some good streaks going everywhere but with me. Nice work guys. I'm in the kind of funk right now where you could put 10 picks in front of me 9 of them winners and I pick the loser.
I locked in on Patriots over 37.....with my big streak of 0.....lol
Hang in there, bro! Your luck is going to change. I have faith! Next stop: Wally World!

Hey guys. I pop in once in a while to see what you guys are on. Going for W11 on SS. I will most likely be joining you on Toronto. Here is a couple trends I am going to throw out there.
OAKLAND is 32-44 (-14.9 Units) against the money line in night games this season.
OAKLAND is 55-68 (-17.6 Units) against the money line in all games this season.
CAHILL is 8-16 (-9.5 Units) against the money line in games played on a grass field this season
ROMERO is 3-0 lifetime when starting against OAKLAND with an ERA of 1.98 and a WHIP of 1.061.
Good luck to all of you tonight!
Welcome aboard, DJM! I like the way you think. Romero is in Beast Mode right now! This game will be close and we may be sweating 'til the end, but I believe we will come out on top. Nice streak, BTW. Come back and see us and share some more of your views. Good luck!

Good stuff! It is now up to 16-0 on the first prop. Uncanny!
was tracking this differently until I noticed the only time tie lost was on 2nd prop......2nd prop tie option may have won 1 or 2 times but the 3 losses were all on the 2nd prop
I had to keep track of golf differently.......only so much free time and energy.....lol

One word of caution for the Toronto pitchers before you lock it in. Cahill has beaten some Aces at home this year and in fact beat Romero at the beginning of the season in a 2-1 pitchers duel. Just throwing this out there, this game isn't the lock it appears to be. Good luck to you guys.
Yup. Smooth, you are correct about this and that was my main concern. There really was nothing else as good on the board, IMO. CLE vs. CHISox is going to be a playoff type of game, I think, so I was hesitant to pick CLE.
This lead me to TOR//OAK. My hope is that the trends continue as Romero and Cahill are two pitchers heading in opposite directions. Romero is looking to win 5 in a row, where Cahill is looking to win his first in his last 4 starts. Romero has allowed just four earned runs – all on solo dingers –
over his last 31 1/3 innings on the hill and has won each of his last
four starts. His WHIP is just 0.57 in his last 3 outings! Insane! He is 3-0 w/ a 1.98 ERA against the A's. He got no decision in the 2-1 pitchers duel. Meanwhile, Cahill has lost six of his last seven decisions and has just one victory since June 25. Also,Cahill, who began the season with six straight wins, has a 7.76 ERA over
his last five starts. He defeated the Blue Jays in April when he
allowed one run and three hits in eight innings. Man, a whole lot has changed since then! Overall, Cahill is 1-2 with a 5.70 ERA in four career starts against Toronto. I appreciate the view from the other side, but I cannot escape this pick. For me it is the pick of destiny as I am locked on it here on Covers.. On SFTC, I may just put my 8 on it, but DC United W/D is also looking good. Decisions, decisions.
Good luck to you as well, Smooth! I hope you keep your streaks alive!

How do you guys feel about Sarah Phillips BTW? Obviously she likes sports and knows about them, but is she good enough to have a column?
She is cool, in my book. I really enjoy reading her columns. I cannot comment on her bet winning percentage, because I don't know. She probably keeps a positive balance, if I had to guess. It is hilarious to me how many guys feel so threatened by her very presence. It is like their manhood is being called into question or something! LoL.
Long Live Sarah!

$900.
The Diamondbacks are 8-0 since August 09, 2010 when Ian Kennedy starts in August for a net profit of $905.
The Blue Jays are 0-8 OU since May 03, 2010 on the road within 20
cents of pickem after a win and it is the first game of the series for a
net profit of $800 when playing the under.{ I don't like this trend!} LoL

One more thing about Toronto tonight: I would like to personally go on record as never having said that this game is a "lock". I personally do not believe there is such a thing as a lock in sports. Some games are lock-ish ( Swansea @ Manchester City being a prime example), but there are certainly no guarantees. At least not with the kind of juice we get in these Streaking contests!
With that being said, I do believe that Toronto will prevail in a close game. As always, play it at your own risk and good luck with whatever you decide.

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I know I posted about Toronto earlier, but I know a couple well respected cappers on the over total in the game. I am leaning on playing the over instead. Thoughts?

How do you guys feel about Sarah Phillips BTW? Obviously she likes sports and knows about them, but is she good enough to have a column?
Since I live in the Portland area the suburb of Beaverton actually, right next door. Nike town for those who don't know. I can't say nothing bad about SJP. I like her. I think her columns are funny and she's cute. I always have a soft spot for women who have the courage to hang with the boys. Like Bama said some guys just take it another way. They have mama issues I guess.

Good stuff Bama. You know I'm rooting for you especially since I'm not taking Oakland at all. I just wanted to play Devils advocate and put that other side out there. Good luck my man.
