Winners outside of the US?

Hi I&#x27;m from Australia and was just re-reading the rules.It says must be a US citizen to claim the prizes.  Was this a recent change?  I read the rules a couple of years ago and it didn&#x27;t say that. (I&#x27;m pretty sure)If I was to win could I have a friend claim the prize who lives in US?Also this was king of funny: "If a Canadian resident is deemed eligible to win a prize, in order to be&#xD;&#xA; awarded such prize, the Canadian resident will be required to correctly&#xD;&#xA; answer a time limited mathematical skill question."

Its always been Canadians and Americans are only eligible for prizes. You are ineligible to win because you are from Australia.

I was living in Canada at the time. I am pretty sure that you have to be a resident of Canada or the US.....so a friend would not be able to pick up the prize for you.
