Hello friends. I am going to be running the 5 Run Chase for Cisco this year. He is going to be around helping me out with it and the Home Favorite System.
I am going to be posting plays on Google Doc with periodic updates on this thread. Since I cannot protect individual sheets in the new Google Docs, I will have the lock the entire spreadsheet to avoid people messing around. Once I can protect individual sheets, I will open up the Cave sheet so people can post their questions and comments in there. Until then, please use this thread.
Detailed previous years can be found in the column C of the Rules sheet. Also, check out Cisco's Streak System on Caveman sheet, cell C13.
Good luck everyone.
As a summery, here are the previous results:
2010
74-0 +74
2011
54-0 +54
2012
73-1 +47
2013
83-1 +61

Hey Bart, do you happen to have a full copy of the 2011 season on a spreadsheet? I was able to find 2010, 2012 and 2013 online. Just wasn't able to find a full one for 2011.
The reason I ask is I'm doing some back research on this system. Trying to run it as a 2 game chase for just game 1 & 2 using a higher unit amount. So far it's proving profitable. If you happen to have a 2009 spreadsheet that would be great too. Thanks in advance for all your hard work...

The link for all of them are posted on the 2014 doc, in Column C of the Rules tab.
Note that there were slight changes to the rules over the years. Sometimes we had filters to rule out teams that were +150 or +170. Also, the chase started off skipping 3 games, but was later dropped to 2 games. We also eliminated playing some teams (last year we didn't play MIA or HOU for half the year).
We did track the 2 game plays last year, but for all games, not un.470.

Thanks for the info and the quick reply. I was looking to only play the under .470 in a two game chade format since a high percentage hit in those first two games.

What in the world is this? lol I copied and pasted the links but all they show is years past plays or this season's grid. What is the system? Take a team that won by 5 runs in a previous game or something? LOL I like to see what you guys are doing but I am completely new to this forum and have no clue what you're talking about.

the grid is to track plays.
the rules tab describes how the system works.
the caveman tab will have a summary of the plays once the season starts.

Cisco has a sheet for tracking all plays. There is a link to it on the caveman tab. You may have to ask permission to view it. I created a separate thread for the Dog Chase, it should be on page 2 or 3.
