Hey guys so i did a test on all the Over unders to date on scoresandodds.com .... I looked for a streak of 3 consecutive over and unders and then chased the opposite play for 4 games. This came out to a ridiculous 236 -5 on the year.... if anyone could backtest this system it would be great . it took me along time to come up with theses numbers .. here they are by team break down

I have the entire 2008-9 season in excel. I will try to get cute and figure this out over the next couple of days. Too bad you figured this out so late in the season.

i kno so bad .... it was just really easy to see using scores and odds and i figure since it was up so much units it might apply to other years ... just need to do more backtesting and need a free site...

it was based on three over under for any team .... and when that did happen i either passed on it all together becuase the record for a 4 game wait on w/l and (3 game chase) is 127 -12 for the year and still up 55 units so combined you can gather great profit ... i will also post the 4 game wait ( 3 game chase) w/l for eahc team

This is not looking as good for 2008-2009. I am about 2/3rds through the season and have a record of 185-10.... barely a profit with a 4 game chase. Did you test this with either waiting until a team has four overs or unders before starting the chase or just chasing the same result... i.e. a team has three overs in a row so play that team over four times for a chase??? I will try to finish this tomorrow and try some different scenarios.

yeh as u can tell from above i did a wait for 4 games and then chased a 3 game system ..... it ended up 68 units this year ... maybe it works bettter that way and gets better results?

last season may be somewhat of an anomaly. I run a quarter system which is why I have the spread sheets I do and found last year was off some in comparison to other seasons. I am not sure if you are aware but you can go team by team on covers and look at all the past nba seasons which shows there results and whether it was an over/under. May be helpful in testing previous seasons and puts everything right next to each other.... may be what you have been doing.....

where do you go in the covers ... i want to check every year from 2005 at least ... see if theres a good possiblity of winning units every year ... from what i see it looks like you end down alittle or up alot ... and thats decent in some circumstances

Click on scores, then click on a team. This will take you into that teams area. Click past results then change to whatever season you want to look at. Goes back at least 5 years.
