When games are played at Coors Field take the underdog to win by -1.5 (ALT RUN LINE). It does not matter if its the away team or the Colorado Rockies. Take the dog! Play every game (all 81) for the same amount! No picking and choosing!
For today the Rockies were the dog against the Cubs. The play was to take Colorado at -1.5 (+180). If the Rockies make a big come back and beat the Cubs by two runs today, a $100 bet would pay out $180 (use whatever figure you are comfortable with).
The orignal poster says there will be losses but at the end of the year there will be some extra $$$ in your pocket even with a less than 50% win rate.
Play at your own discretion and as always, GOOD LUCK...WIN!
**I would be curious to see how this works in other hitter friendly ball parks.

Took a quick look at 2017 and this would have went 29-52. You would have needed the line to average about +180 to break even. One of those wins was against Kershaw, that would have been a nice payout.
Watching with interest.

I have not backtested this but found it to be an interesting premise as well.

Ran this on SDQL and if the opponent was a dog it went 28-32 on the RL. by betting to win $100 a game you would have won $265. if you bet the home team as dog it went 10-9 -$184. (2017 season). on 2016 home +$77 19-14 and away 18-26 -$347. doesnt' look good bro but to each his own I guess. good luck

I'm sorry I missed the part about ALT runline . the stats i gave you are solly based on Reg RL. I wouldn't be able to give you the #s for ALT run line but last year Home team won 42% of the time on ALT RL - 1.5 and away Dogs Won 47% of the time . so depends on the amount of the line I guess which sdql doesn't have ALT runline amounts. let see how it does. (BTW 2016 it went 41% away and 42% home on ALT)

Nice work! I tried to find ALT run lines when I was skimming this over and had very little luck. We'll see how it goes

Did anyone get the alternate runline for 5/09/18 game on LAA? I had the moneyline but got busy at work and did not get back to get the site for the ALT RL. Trying to keep an accurate record on this. Winner today!

FYI, the RL on the Brewers (todays Dog at Coors) is +200. Also FYI, it's not a winner (yesterday) for your results if you don't post in time. (Though it is a winner for your "system")
FYI, if anyone played it on the ATL RL it was a winner regardless of when I posted it.

Despite the system being fully explained some folks seem to think this has to be posted before the game goes off for it to be considered a win even though any post I make has no relevance to the overall record.
So, anyone who happens to be following along, in 32 minutes the game starts and the play is:
5/10 MIL -1.5 at +190. I see a few places may offer a little better.
I hope I was in time
Good luck

You're correct. One doesn't need to follow the thread to know what the picks are.
That said, I post (like yesterday for my thread) anyway as to have it online for research in the future. Something could happen to my spreadsheet....I can go back to my thread to get the plays.

Thank you. I had the LAA on ML but did not get back to my phone in time the other day to get the ALT RL because I got busy at work. Outside of personal spreadsheets, I do not know of anywhere that keeps track of the ALT RL. I appreciate you sharing so I can add it to this thread. Good luck Win big
