Yeah I believe Pitt won the r/l.  On mc2 from what I understand we always play dogs on the run line

hey, perhaps i'm misunderstanding something, but tor just came back from an 8 game road trip and they're home for 9 games. shouldn't they be a play today? thanks.

From time to time, I will intentionally leave G1 plays off if they are a high line. Today's game would be Philadelphia +1.5 -200. It makes things difficult in the event of chasing. That's not how you want to start a chase. And with the amount of plays available across the board, you can play more without these lines early. 

Higher lines later in chases do well. I think it happens to deter you when the win is coming, but try to entice you early.

But if you take the play you wouldn't be wrong...

ah thanks so much for the explanation, that makes total sense. i had already bet it, unfortunately, but that's fine, because i like burnett here better. so since it's going to be -180, will this be a play today?

i've been betting the dog rl on these but also (on some) betting the ml for less than i bet on the rl, so it works out to plus money either way, if the rl hits. if the dog wins, i get odds and a safety net. has anyone else tried doing this? for the back-checking i've done from this season, none of the ml went past 5 games.

also, i apologize: i read your mc thread from last year, but i haven't really found explanations for mc 2-4. could someone please link me, if it's not too much trouble? it seems like mc 2 is the opposite of 1, but I just want to get my bearings officially. you're doing great things here. thanks for your time and effort.

(re: ml dog bets - this IS taking into account that the next team/game, the opposition might not be the dog, in which case you would fold the ml bet you lost into the chase). i'm still working on back-checking, wondering if anyone else has. thanks

BD awesome work here.  One quick question, I looked and couldn't find if you had posted the typical number of units for profit each system for the year.  Just trying to be responsible with my money management.

Hey bD, I see why we went straight to game 2 for the Phillies, but is there any reason we did so for Toronto under? Did it have anything to do with not playing game 1 in MC1? Or did we just miss it?

I see LAA are dogs at some books and favs at others.... what to do in this situation? And if I can only get them as favs what should I do? Im thinking about not playing even, as Toronto have been hot! Take the loss and split it across a few game As.

Tampa Bay lost last night, but I had them listed as a G1 winner. They should have been a play tonight. 
They did win tonight so congrats if you played it. If not, I suggest doing what I'm doing and playing to get the return on the future DP plays. It was only G1 so the investment shouldn't have been that high.
