you will end up losing the juice for the series. There is no point.
But you could figure that out, right?
Nice 1st post though.
Best of Luck
So If you lose A for 1 then you go 1 unit on B if you lose b then you go 1 unit on C. If you lose A for 1 unit then you go 1 on B and win then you go 2 units on C. Just want to make sure I understand the process, you all have done a great job of explaining the concept just confused with the units a little!
Also if I'm just starting should I just start with Pitt tonight and go from there and not worry about anything pending?

Kangy, thank you for explaining what your process was to use the numbers you use. At least now there is some basis for choosing the plays that you do and you just didn't throw stuff agaiinst the wall to see what stuck.

you are all messed up guy,
If you are doing this on purpose just to mess with everyone get a life. If you are serious maybe you shouldn't be wagering.
It is a chase. When you win the chase is over.
You wager 1 unit on A (100) if you win that chase is over. The next chase you starts with A again.
If you lose A then you wager B (200) on the 2nd game of series chase.
If you win B the chase is over no C but you made a profit.. The next chase starts with A again. If yoyu lose B (-200) then your next wager is C (400)
If you win C the chase series is over and you made a small profit. If C loses the chase is over and you lose the chase series.
You have to be messing with everyone because the plays are listed daily, you can't be that stupid.
Best of Luck
ps If you need someone to put your wagers in, please give me a call because you must lose alot of $$$$.

Now it is time to continue with page 21... enough explanation of chases and this system. Enough explanations on Labourchere, google it if you questions, or search other threads which explain it in more detail. You can choose to play these plays or not, or how much or how little to play...
I will say to all the newbies following, please beware!! The system is hot now, but when the system cools off, don't use hate because you joined late and happened to catch the system on a cool streak. Again proper money management is the key.
kkirby, I don't just throw stuff together to see if it sticks like many of the young bucks in this forum. I post good systems and have a reputation on this site for doing so. I have done my homework on this and always backtest where appropriate. I am not going to cause a stink by flaming people who make comments like that, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt by asking since you don't know me. Anyway, like your avatar. It cracks me up!
Too bad I don't see gasman on here anymore. Gasman, if you are still around, I would ask that you post the link to the original thread where you pulled the information for post #1 from. I have been looking for my own thread for months. Yes, I cannot even find my own thread in my history. So, my only guess is gasman saved it somewhere before it got deleted.
OK, on to the winning....
Two games tonight....
PITTSBURGH [A] over 6 NASHVILLE [B] under 5.5
BOL.

Kangy, no disrespect intended, ever. It was just an expression. I've seen too many systems where the system was backtested "to fit" past results so to speak. I was curious if there was a theory before the system was devised, which appears to be the case. I like the fact that the over/under is targeting certain final scores. In that respect it shares characteristics with the only other system that I've seen actually work consistently over a long period of time. You mentioned that this seemed to work better when the rules change came into effect and that if they change the rules again, it may not continue to work. This may provide the window of opportunity that we are now experiencing.

Well, if you think about it... 3-2 has shown up in all but 25 days this season so far (through 12/14 games) and have appeared every day except for 3 so far in December. We are starting to see a lot more 3-2 games in the past few weeks, and that is probably why the wins have skyrocketed without many losses.
No system will go 100%. On November 26, after re-calculating the series record, the system was 81-9 (90%). Today, it is 119-10 (92%). That's a 38-1 (97%) run in the past 3 weeks!!!
I am hoping we continue the hot streak. It will be a matter of time before the oddsmakers catch on and start adjusting lines... The system started cooling off after the Christmas break last year, so this is something to keep in mind.

You were right I was confused but thanks for explaining. The reason I was confused I went back and over the last week or so after a so or ot game and the panthers sharks kings blackhawks and rangers over 3 games they all would have won all three but the rangers. So I guess it was just weired. Maybe there is another system to look at!! Sorry for the confusion

the Islanders are a B play right? So it should be 3 units total

Pacman, if you have done the backtesting on system A, please post the results. If you decide to track it, it might be helpful to use a seperate thread for the "A" system so not to confuse those following this system.

Whew, glad to git rid of those [B]'s Hope we can polish off that pesky Nashville [C]. No overtimes Weds., so that means only NAS [C] and ATL [B] pending??

Has anyone kept track of just the results in all [C - 4 unit] games? I know there are 10 losses in [C] games from the YTD record, but I was wondering how many wins there have been?
Either way, let's get the under tonight and pick up 4 units!!
