After running your scans and I also too, recommend running the Trend Housecall. Install this if your using IE.....Alot of cool features for realtime browsing with scanning, security, cleansing, etc....
The junk email? What are you using for a mail client? Are you checking it through the web? If you are using a mail client, such as outlook, outlook express, enduro, etc...there are programs out there that you can install and will help with that (Spambully, Lockspam free, etc) (Outlook 2003 has a built in junk email filter, but it sucks!!!). If it is web based, the only really true option is to mark it as spam (if an option) and hope it works. If not than hopefully if using web based such as yahoo, aol, etc. they have an add-on app to help. Even than you can use a mail client to POP your yahoo, aol, roadrunner, etc. Than you can install 3rd party software to help eleviate most of the spam....
Good Luck....
By the way this might solve your other post's issue too...

I ran a whole system scan and no virus was found. A couple of times I have tried to e-mail someone and it took me to outlook but I always closed box. This might be stupid, but I have IE. Ill let you know what happened. And thanks

For email I use Outlook and Mailwasher pro. The mailwasher lets you see what is incoming without actually downloading it. If it's spam you can blacklist them and send your own email back to them which looks like one of those server error messages saying your address is invalid. Very cool.
