when i turn on my computer it says, a problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to computer. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use SAFE MODE to remove or disable components, restart computer press F8 to select Advance Startup Options and then select Safe Mode. i did what the last 3 lines said many times and nothing happened!! when i highlight Safe Mode with the arrow on the keyboard nothing happens. Since there is no select button i hit the enter button and it just took me to a blue screen telling me to restart again! Please try to tell me solutions rather than a lot of questions because my typing is slow !!!! thanks alot a and its a Dell inspiron.
