Downloading Adobe Flash - No Admin Rights

For you technology gurus ... network admins ... IT specialists ... I have a question for you.

I wanna download the newest version of adobe flash on my work computer but I have no admin rights.  I guess the new IT guy finally got around to setting up proper tech safety measures in our office but this doesn't help my occasional internet viewing pleasures.  Can anybody give me some easy to follow instructions on how to get this done?  Your help is MUCH appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

You could download an offline version and install from a flash drive.  Although this should be locked also. But is the possibility of losing your job worth surfing the net ?

Most likely if this guy is on his game enough to set up the correct admin rights you can be assured that all of your IP's are being logged and they are watching every site you go to.
