Just ran Hijackthis need help

My cpu has been super slow lately, on the advie of a friend I did a registry scan. Problem is I dont know what to make of the results.

I have run all the antivirus , spyware and malware software with nothing found.

Have you ran malwarebytes and updated to the lastest def. ?

You may have a boot virus.  I will post some steps a bit later.

I am currently running emsisoft anti malware. Half way through and says it has found two medium risk trace directory items.

Yes try that..........If that doesn't work here is step two and it's a newer one I use, because of all the boot stuff thats out there now.  You will need to make these on a clean machine.   Then boot from the CD you make or flash drive.  Again depending on how you make it.  I find a CD works better.
