Sounds like you already have some spyware in your system. Goto www.grisoft.com and download the trial version of thier anti-spyware program. It's really good, it will still work after 30 days but you will lost the realtime protection and you will have to update automatically.
If you are running IE6 or IE7 you can goto tools, internet options then click on the privacy tab. Check the popup up blocker on the bottom of the box.
That's just a generic Malware warning. If this is the only thing it's picked up it's not too bad. Oh BTW, you should turn off your system restore in Windows to make sure the Malware doesn't sneak back into your system. Make sure to turn it back on when you reboot.
