Have a wireless mouse for my computer. It has worked fine (only had it for like 6 or 7 months) and the last month the mouse has began to freeze while I am working on the computer. Sometimes I am able to take the batteries out and put them back in and it works. I have put brand new batteries in it... and the same thing happens anyway.
I am getting really sick of this as it freezes a few times a day now and the only way to get it working again is to shutdown the entire computer.
Should I just buy a new mouse?

What you are describing is usually caused by a weak signal from mouse to receiver, the range on these things are quite small. If you have USB ports available on your keyboard, monitor, or anything closer really, move the receiver dongle there and see if it clears up sticking issue, if not... chuck it, not worth the frustration\troubleshooting vs. getting a new one.
