My buddy laid 80 something to win 1000 even. I wasn't as bold, holy cow Stevens could win this. Wishing I laid something on it, but who could have predicted Serena would be injured. I thought the over 17.5 was much better play

It's pissing me off that Stevens is choking so hard when Serena can barely hit.

Serena injured her ankle in the first round and re-aggravated it yesterday in here doubles loss with Venus.

It was a risky play regardless. I've caught a little bit of Stevens the past week. She's young, and she gets nerves pretty easily.

Match point on a 6-0, 5-1ish match and she double faults her match point twice I think. Not mentally tough yet.

This girl doesn't deserve to win anyways. She would get manhandled by anyone decent. Those forehands she keeps sending into the net are routine for most players.

Serena's bursts of power are puzzling to me.

This will be the first big story in women's tennis since Melanie Oudin. Sometimes I question how she beat all those people. She is terrible and has to get lucky to get out of the first round of anything now.

boo ya.  I've never made a wager in my life like this, but I saw this chick playing in the opening rounds and thought she looked so good.  I figured she could win this tournament and break out in tennis as a legitimate star.
