His 9-8 record against the top 10 over the last year would disagree with you that he can’t bother the top 10.
All players can have mental collapses in matches and De Minaurs annoying consistency and court coverage is exactly the kind of thing that can cast doubt in anybody. Rublev is prone to self defeat. As a dog, I think that was a good play. No one said peep while he was up 2-1.

Nice picks here. With this slower version of Djokovic I don't see Fritz getting straight setted. I see him being able to place enough winners by him. And Kostyuk is playing for the glory of Ukraine. Coco doesn't know that level of fight.

Watched some of the Gauff vs Kostyuk match while getting a workout in. That was some ugly tennis by both players. Time for the big boys. I really like Fritz to push Djoker tonight and to get at least 1 set if not 2. He'll have to do better than 0 out of 12 on break point opportunities he failed to convert when they met up at the US Open.

Nice! Had over 3,5 set in Fritz as well, I haven't been sold on Djokovic all week, very easy draw so far. Team Sinner in the semi, he will at least cover the spread, but like the ML as well. Bol
I'm on team Sinner as well and think he can give Djokovic all he can handle. I'm thinking Sinner vs Alcaraz final but will admit that Carlos looks really tough right now and is rounding into form for another championship.

Carlos vs Sinner would be a great match, we haven't seen them in a big final yet! It would be more entertaining than Joker in the final. (love Joker by the way, just think his time is up, he will still be the GOAT for the next 100 years)

Carlos got beat up but good, it was a bad match up for him....again. Don't see anyone beating Joker with all that's at stake here. It's his his best Slam and he can make history as the greatest player ever which as long it's it's not on Clay he is. Rodger was great of grass too but the over all slams is what matters and barring covid and him being thrown our of the US Open for hitting the ball girl he's be working on 28 0r his 29th Slam right now.

I really think Sabalenka pounds Gauff in the early morning hours. She's been playing like half man, half woman this tournament and is in a league of her own when not committing too many unforced errors. I think her power will be an issue for Gauff and she'll be able to move her around the court. Gauff looks lacking in confidence, especially on serve. Add in the US Open revenge factor when the fans were heckling Arnya all match. I see a beat down here.
Also lean to Zheng in the other match who I think is vastly underrated and she's made me money throughout the tournament.

1* Parlay (+111): Zheng -160 over Kalinskaya/Sinner +2.5 sets (-333) over Djokovic
(1-0) +1.11u
This wraps up a successful Australian Open. I have the AO mens final covered with pending futures on Sinner and Medvedev. Although I do lean to Sinner in the finals and think he wins rather easily. On the women's side, I lean to Zheng + the games handicap. She has the game to potentially give the Belarussian troubles.
