 Ha, I can certainly fathom backing her considering I did so 5 times in this tournament alone and went 4-1. If that's not good enough for you I don't know what to tell you. 

Think for a minute how stupid you sound though. "I cannot fathom backing a player with zero confidence [who is riding an 8 match winning streak, mostly as an underdog or short favorite]."

Seems like since you're so big into hindsight you would've wanted to go back and bet all those matches. But I guess just keep doing your thing man.

 If you want to play it safe wait and watch the odds. It's currently at +220. If it drops below +200 closer to match time I'd say pull the trigger.

 Yeah, would more than likely mean that people with more information than us have bet it down. In this case the information they might have is that there is a late withdrawal coming and Krueger may not be too motivated as a result. If there is a withdrawal a lucky loser spot goes to the highest qualifying seed that loses in the final round. So if there is a withdrawal coming, and the players often know before we do, Ashlyn would be in win or lose tonight since she is the #1 seed.

Nice ending to the day putting us in the black at 2-1.

Branstine dominated this match from start to finish. Wish I would have recommended the moneyline but seemed a little risky on a relatively unknown player. But she's had a really great week and will be in the final so will have to look at that matchup tomorrow.

I'll be looking for an angle in the Doha final and might have a doubles play as well. But more importantly I'll be monitoring Dubai qualies and studying the draw so we're ready for another great week.
