Keep an eyes on Gulbis and his performance, if you can get good value on him say at least 1.45, play it. Apart from first set I found his return game really good against Isner

Gulbis would have lost to Isner if he didnt hurt his back.  Monaco too steady for Gulbis on the dirt.

Pico was one of the better clay courters before his injuries... he has the game to exploit the Gulbis 10 cent brain.

Gulbis is playing with more confidence now so I can't go against him... just keep in mind that Monaco is a top clay courter when on song

I see no reason to not take Gulbis. Granted Isner was exhausted but Gulbis actually played very well and played SMART. Monaco hasn't been playing well at all and his best win this year has been against Tim Symzeck lol besides Klizan today, whos another moron.

Good luck guys... I'm on Monaco. 

This is one of his favorite tourniments and his favorite surface.  He has all the shots and the veteran savy.

2-1 career against gublis including 1-0 on clay.

Monaco might drop the first, but I think he wins in 3.

I think Gulbis got lucky last night. I had him and he had a hard time closing out an injured Isner. Once Isner's pain killer started kicking in I was getting worried. Also he has a hot head and gets annoyed over very small things. He was annoyed by the ball boy slow giving him his towel, the crowd for making noise and at Isner for getting ready to play slowly. I think at this level if u loose ur mind over things so small u can't be too successful. Mind u he's made me a lot of money this year but I'm gonna watch this one to see how he handles himself.

Really its his favorite tournament? He's won 4 matches since 2008 at the tournament losing last 2 years in the first round lol

Well, we'll have to see, for now i'm still betting small on Gulbis, might put more. Gulbis has just been too hot recently.

The only play here is Gulbis. It's the smart play whether he wins or loses. Monaco has been awful this year

I didn't say his best tournament.... I said his favorite.

He's said he enjoys playing there and looks forward to it.

Clay court tennis isn't about hitting winners...its about not hitting errors.

Am surprised by the margain...but not surprised Pico is winning.... the guy is a top 10 clay courter
