The bottom of the bracket lacks heavy competition. Zverev, Felix AA or Rublev should prevail. Zverev hasn’t had a win against a top tier player this year and he’ll have to beat two before he gets to the finals. Plus he’s clearly got to mind his manners and worrying about his behaviour could take mental focus away from his tough matches.
The top bracket is mayhem. Nadal has Ruud, Shapovalov and Medvedev to go through before the final and while he’s better then all those guys, it’s clearly the toughest route. Medvedev has the easiest route to the semis but there’s little value at 3.900. Parlaying him ML with the finals match will likely yield the same results.
