Medvedev retirement question

I use fanduel as a book I had medvedev ML. They voided my bet witch is great for me but I thought once the first set is over ML stands and would be a loss can anyone explain? Thanks in advance

If you had 1st set wagers those should be graded

Old Timer Mafia Guys like Paolo Lorenzi would retire down 6-1, 5-0, 40-0 back in the day when challengers were never covered by betting websites with live cameras.

Not sure if anyone here is from the UK, but if you play with Ladbrokes in one of their shops, their new software update has new rules, after 1 set played who ever goes to the next round is the winner (same as online)

Some shops still have the old software and while using them the bet is voided unless it's finished. 

Dear lord I must be old....I was old when christ was a mess cook...

It has been this way for so long and these new shops come along and turn everything around...good for those that may have won...feel for you if you lost.

My last book was Betus I have to say I won over 10k before paid me every time was with them for 15 years but I’m in the us now it’s legal betting in my state Massachusetts I went to fanduel. Betus tennis betting rule was after one set completed if you have the money line who ever moves to the next round is the winner. That’s why I asked the question about fanduel thought I lost but the graded as void was very happy just trying to understand why and the rules of fanduel I looked it up and still read after one set completed I would lose but guess I’m wrong
