Miami ATP and WTA match ups Today maybe the greatest Dog day of Tennis betting in history.

For those who don't bet tennis.  Which here is a I believe is most. I like covers because it is kinda like a corner bar. Not too huge but has regulars. Now that CFB and NFL is finished the tourists are mostly gone. I am a member of a British not free like Covers forum and ranking system is strong. It is World football, tennis , golf, cricket and rugby centric.  Today take a look at the dogs on both the women's and men's sides. Throw in some $1 to $5 parlays that pay big. Most of the matches have excellent players who are young and rising along with players in tremendous form vs the big names of the current state of tennis.  It is comparable to The first four days of March Madness.  Don't make big bets but give it a go with small bets. Today is looking like the most interesting day of wagering on both the women's and men's side. I would post this in the Tennis forum but it is brutal on Covers not as bad as the "Soccer" forum which is a gardening and cooking forum that also doubles as a group of posters that run their own private Fantasy League or posters that bet 15 overs in every league around the world. Anyway Good Luck! Look for Danny Collins at plus money vs Osaka and really anyone at + money they all have a much better chance of winning SU plus you can grab + games with both the women and men. Seville is another vs Gold medal winner Bencic.  Nick from downunder is over valued and mental midget Sahsa Zervev is giving a lot. Just a minefield everywhere for the favs Today.

The way one of my books has the WTA futures on the womens side set up.........you can bet 6 of the 8 ladies to win and really have not much exposure while having some upside. 

If a bigger dog comes in that is obviously ideal........but as long as one of the 2 faves doesn't win there isn't much exposure.

If there were less entrants on the mens side I would probably do the same thing.  May still take a few shots though.

This is the first time in a long time I don't see any of the major names of recent tennis on this lineup.........I guess that is your whole point to some extent........new faces......old guard gone........probably more difficult for the books to price.........

Osaka is a serve bot. Kinda like Serena with her T serve. If Osaka is hitting her first serves she is pretty much unbeatable.  Osaka gave almost no effort in chasing balls because Collins could not keep the ball in play. Looks like Iga vs Osaka and if Osaka is smashing in her first serve it will be interesting.  She can't rally with Iga but she won't need to if she is crushing her serves. Osaka isn't a great player but she is a great server who is untouchable when she is on. Maybe having her Mom and family there instead of her freakshow hangers-ons is what she needed to get her head right. She also seems to be losing her pot belly and is training properly again.  Not a player that is interesting to watch much like Opelka or Isner who just bomb serves. I don't think Osaka ran the entire match. I couldn't get out of the Collins bet with my apps was hoping she would retire.  Bad bet because she had the "neck thing" last match and Osaka was smashing her first serves all tournament with her box stacked with family and coaches not leeches that have been sucking off her lifestyle.  Maybe she finally woke up and will stay in Florida and stay out of Southern California then head to Europe. I don't think even Iga can hold up if Osaka is hitting a high first serve which is basically a man's type serve in weight, speed and placement.  But don't think Osaka can do much during clay season or grass. She has been strictly a hard court specialist.  Iga will do well the rest of the season. 

I'm going to take a shot at Cerundolo +1.5 and a sprinkle on the ML vs. Sinner, what say you?

 I like Cerundolo +5.  Sinner is the better player but that is a big # to cover.  6-4 6-3 is a push!
