Im betting it now here before the Tsonga game. The last time i was wrong predicting the winner of a Grand Slam was in the US Open 2012 where i had Djoko to win it all where he lost a tough match against Andy Murray, since then i have been right about every winner of the grand slams, some of you may remember that i had Wawrinka to win Australian Open this year before it all started which was a pretty bold prediction that ensured the biggest win $ wise ever. (My biggest single winner odds wise was a livebet on Jordan Spieth to win John Deere Classic after he was trailing quite a bit, i got him at 100-1 to win and he managed to come back to win it all, but despite that the Wawrinka win won me 4 times as much $ but enough about that)

I feel really confident that Djokovic will win it all, so i think my major-prediction streak will continue to go on from here, but it could likely end @ Wimbledon which is a much wider and open field, so i really have to dig deep if i want to get that one right, but for now i really really think Djokovic will pull it off here on the clay. The guy is too much for Nadal at the moment as i see it.

That's a noobie luring line they put out with that Djoker +100 right now. 

If you like Djoker to win, why not wait until he meets Nadal in the final? Nadal will be slightly favored or the match will be close to a pick anyways so why bet Djoker now.

You're gaining only a possible 10 or 15 cents(that's if they make Djoker the favorite against Nadal which I highly doubt) while risking the chance of an injury for the next two matches. I like Djoker as well but you never know with that wrist injury he had next month. 

I would wait until the final.

There are not a lot of people that have faith in Djokovic here. But like you I trust in him and i think after the story of the net last year, He think about Rolland Garros every day and just wanted to get his revenge ands also his first french open.

I saw the game in Rome and i was quite surpise of the Djokovic level. Nadal use to dominate him but here that was not the case.
Although the Phillipe Chatrier court is made for Nadal because of the large depth of the court, (when hes at his prime, he is simply unbeatable in this court) I truly believe this version of nole will make him a lot more than last year.

Novak wants this tournament soo bad, i just cant go against them

Nadal will not be the favorite if they meet in the finals.  Djoker should be around -150 at their current level of play, and Nadal hasn't been anywhere near dominant on clay this year and is struggling with back pains.

Lol no way Nadal would be favored if they met right now, otherwise they wouldnt put the line where it is currently. Do i risk Djokovic getting injured? Nope. Not more than i risk Nadal getting injured. Nadal injury would basically win me the pick too. So its same/same. Just grabbing the odds while its still decent. Rather than getting it @ -125 or whatever.

You guys are nuts if you think the books are going to make Djoker a -125 or greater favorite in the final. Your perception of what the odds should be isn't always what the books put out. Nadal can say whatever he wants about a "back injury" but the numbers don't lie. He's yet to drop a set , he's on an insane 31 straight match win streak at Roland Garros spanning over 5 years since he's lost here.

I've been betting tennis for over 10 years now and have good experience on how books set the line. If Nadal continues to dominate his next two matches, I will guarantee you he will not be the underdog on his turf against Djoker.

If Nadal would be favored he would be favored already on the line. Thats how it works. Its 99% sure (if you ask the bookies) that Nadal and Djokovic will make the final, and Djokovic is currently a small favorite, so you think that 1% will make it flip over in favor of Nadal?

I wanna bet my house that Djoko would be favored if they faced now.

Not necessarily. You forgot about the draw. Nadal's not favored yet because his side of the draw is tougher than Djoker's at the moment. Nadal still has to go through Ferrer and Murray which is a tougher draw than Berdych and Raonic for Djoker. I guarantee once Nadal gets past Ferrer /Murray, he will not be the underdog in the Final.

Djoker would be favored, otherwise he wouldnt be favored now. Its a lot more likely for Nadal to lose before the final. The guy is not what he used to be. I already got djoker at +170 for 500 dollars but thinking of putting another dime on him.

It's purely the truth.

Nadal is just a beast, i mean, its his place.

62-1 record
- 9 titles
- 204 sets play, only lost 9


Not matter how he play before, i still want to dig more and more in the history of this tournament.

And also, like i said above, the depth of the chatrier make him works from well outside the baseline and in these long rally he is unbeatable and tireless. (i read an article about it)
His lift allowed by the clay just make him so though to play when hes at his best.

But nonetheless, i like djoko because hes the only player on the circuit who can matchup with him right know when hes at RG and truly focused .

BUT THAT NOT MAKING HIM FAVORED OVER THE KING OF THE TOURNAMENT SINCE 2005

The line will be set likely like in Rome with certainly a little adjustement considering the fact he beat him in here.

I think we should see -140/-130 - +110/+115

Check back in here on Saturday when they announce the line for the final and we'll see who's the noobie.  I guarantee you Nadal will be the favorite over Djoker.

When they announce Nadal as the favorite over Djoker , you basically just made a dumb bet by giving the books a freeroll for your money on two matches rather than just wait for the final on Sunday....lol.

Gulbis is +550 and Murray is +450, almost similar. I bet you wont show up in this thread when the final is supposed to be played.

It will be Nadal-Djoker, and it will more than likely be -110 on both sides or very close to it.
