Sinner just had Covid last week and hasn’t looked well , besides vs Nick not sure how he pulled that off besides Nick imploding mentally. Yeah Cerundolo probably was going to win but not like sinner bailed last minute it was 4-1 only down a break not even a set completed. Now if he did it down 5-1 second set then there is reason for being upset lol

Sinner explained pretty well his problem. He got a blister under the plant of the feet in the last game against kyrgios. They fixed it somehow and it was okay, then when he did a slip to reach the ball against Cerundolo (second game, they were 1-1) the blister hurt so much he couldn't even walk without huge pain and he was forced to retire. If you see the last two games of Sinner vs Cerundolo you clearly notice that Sinner doesn't nearly move at all.
