Why do people even like Serena. Not bashing but, here are the things I see when i look at her:

1. Out of shape (bubble butt, etc)

2. Bigger than most women, hence the serve (e.g. women's version of Isner, although he got no bubble butt, stick boring as FU CK)

3. Not very attractive or likable (e.g. queen complex, as witnessed in Osaka match)

4. Overall not a charming character to look at.

Once again, I am not bashing, just my observations. These are the things I see when I look at her.

if you think looks have anything do with the you bet atheletes, you shouldnt be betting or watching tennis to begin with.

Serena is a legend in women's tennis. Yes she is ugly and big and strong compared to most women, but she inspired so many black people to come and play tennis which is what we are seeing current generation. 

So ya, win or lose, she imparted the sport drastically.

I suggest you reserve your judgement for your children. You may need that for their upbringing. I was strictly asking about athletic aspect and aesthetics of any given athlete. My question was why do people cheer for athletes that are not even likable despite their record.

haha yes, I am losing my bet. Infact its lost in 1st set itself. Well played Andreescu and future star has risen on big occasion. 

My bet is based on how well she played entire tournament. So if its a loss, its a loss. I am not crying over it. It is you who came bashing Serena for the way she looks. Atleast not even about how she couldnt move her feet or make 1st serves today.

People cheer her because she is a fighter and for her mentality and what she is able to achieve. Anyway, I was never a big fan of Serena.

Dude, you seem to get it all personal. I was just wondering, why do so many people cheer for her. If you strip away nationality (e.g. Americans supporting their home hero), I do not see why many people would cheer on a girl who is physically bigger than her opponents. It is the David vs Goliath match-up, so why not cheer for underdog who is humble and shows excellent tennis.

And above all "shows no drama". I can not take Serena seriously after Osaka match last year. I wonder why others do. It is that simple.

Now we are talking better. Yes she is a drama queen. But people always cheer winners. Doesnt matter the nationality.
