Neg, do you see any flyers on the men's side worth taking a stab at? I know it usually ends up chalk, but I was thinking Raonic, Kygrios, and Del Potro.

Don't like Del Potro or Kyrgios

Raonic, Monfils, Tomic, Cilic would be my flyers

I don't have anything on him just think he qualifies as darkhorse potential; fairly open draw for his quarter to have a big breakthrough and he played Murray very tight a couple weeks ago, just lost the big points.

Don't like Karlovic, the rest are fairly heavy chalk that I don't play.

almost every book counts 1 set played as enough for the ML.
I got a win out of it

Oh really? That's new to me. I don't bet much tennis, but they credit you for a retirement? I remember a few years ago I think I played a Mauresmo match then went to a second one and it was no action. Thought most books did it that way.

Most books pay out the moneyline after 1 set, some still use 2 sets while others payout after the first point and first game.

For spreads and totals, retirements usually result in no action.

Always know your book rules

most books do it that way but in the past there was more than once that a player n3gative picked would retire and he'd count it as a loss

But you've had players retire and not count it. My
Understanding is that almost all books have gone to matches must be completed to be graded.

1.  Head to Head Matchups:

One full set must be completed for Money Line wagers to stand. If less than 1 set is completed, all Money Line wagers will be considered void. The winner of the match is the participant declared the victor by the umpire of the match.
Example: Nadal trails 0-6, 0-2 vs Djokovic and Djokovic is forced to retire due to injury (or disqualification). All money line wagers stand.  Nadal is declared the winner while Djokovic is deemed the loser. All other bets on the Spread, total, team total and sets betting will be void regardless of current score.

If a player retires before the 1st set is completed, all wagers on the match will be considered void.Example: Nadal leads 2-0 vs Djokovic who retires due to injury. All wagers considered void.

if it went more then 1 set then it's a lost bet at my book unfortunately

you sure? Let me know if you can find an example where I did this and counted it incorrectly (ie. after a full set played)
