Shapovalov is not in a good place at the moment, he has just 1 win in his last 9 matches. His long-lasting (3 years and +60 matches together)  double partner Bopanna has left him, ironically they played each other last week and will play each other first round here as well. For a 41-year-old to leave a top 20 partner he must know something is not right with Shapovalov. 

 

Di Minaur is in great form as well.
