I f&@!ing knew he’d break at game 7! Just didn’t think he’d be serving this bad.
Need a second break here. That might be tough.
I don’t bet ladies often. Too unpredictable. I feel like these two have been pretty solid though. Taylor Fritz was moving real good and his backhand was on point. Taking a bunch of favs to come out of the gate hot:
Gauff -1.5 Games 1st Set / Iga -1.5 Games 1st Set / Fritz -1.5 Games 1st Set Parlay @ +117
Vesely/Gojo O3.5 Sets / Stricker/Bonzi O3.5 Sets Parlay @ +123
Stricker -1.5 Game Spread @ -114
Bonzi’s coming back into form but still making a fair amount of mistakes. Stricker looked great at Wimbledon and looks even better here. I think he wins in 4.
GL all.

Shelton/Tiafoe O3.5 Sets / Djokovic -1.5 Games 1st Set Parlay @ +150
Shelton and Tiafoe haven’t faced too many break points. The rare breaks will be exchanged sporadically throughout the match and not likely close to each other. Unless Shelton’s nervy like he was in his first set at the tournament. I think this goes the distance though.
Fritz playing really well but Djokovic has devoured Frtiz’s second serve in every past meeting. Fritz is serving 50-55% of his first serves and he needs to be at around 65% to keep up with Djoker. I’m betting on the pressure of needing his first serves in wont amount to an increase and Djoker takes the first set by a break. Breaking around game 6-7.

Thanks for the first set -1.5 winner on Djokovic. The man is absolutely ruthless. I did a single wager on this and parlayed the Over 3.5 sets. Let's win it. I think it goes the distance as well. Some hard hitting ahead.

I’ve found that parlaying tennis is different than other sports. In other sports , you don’t see faves at -1200 or -10000. Tennis is a little more predictable but the lines are leveraged. The -200 to -800 line is essential for me to make money betting tennis. It’s not cool. Making the the single bet on a spread and O/U or picking the narrow fav or betting the dog is cool and recommended by experts but over time, I like the short parlays.

Rublev is 13-10 in 1st set wins this season on hard, Medvedev is 29-8. Rublev’s done better at the US Open so far, losing only one 1st set, Medvedev the same, Rublev’s been less convincing in his wins though. Medvedev has won all 8 of their 1st set meetings with 2 of those going to a tiebreak. What matters is what happens in their up coming match and this kind of trend doesn’t always stay the course but one thing you can count on is Medvedev starting off solid & focused.
Rublev doesn’t have the same consistency level as Medvedev as he gets a lot of his points from big winners. It’s tough to come out firing winners right from the get go especially against someone like Medvedev. At the US Open, outside of De Minaur’s immaculate start and O’Connell’s on court juicing, Medvedev has been flawless winning nearly all his sets by 2 breaks, (-4 games.)

Mediocre Sinner? Next to Medvedev, Djokovic and Alcaraz, he’s probably the next best player in the world.
