BigD, thoughts on Karlovic to cover +6.5 games v Rublev in what will likely be his last USO? I'm thirsty for that pick, but I worry it'll only happen if Karlovic loses swiftly in straights.

I can kinda see where you're going with Dr Ivo here, but I think that line is pretty spot on.  No play for me as you could see a focused Rublev after dropping Cincy like he did.
