He would have most likely tried his best to win the 2nd set had he won the 1st set TB, but if he would have lost the 2nd set, then he would have likely retired.
Was this retirement just out of fatigue or did he sustain an injury? I wasn't watching this match.

Packer and Borg.....
He had a medical timeout early in the first set and the announcers did not think he would continue, I wasnt able to watch at that time as they had switched it over to the Medvedev match. I do not have TC +

Good stuff buddy, thanks for the update.
Mensik at 18 yr old was due to have a body breakdown following last week's effort. He needs a good time off to get rested and he should be okay come a few weeks. Love his game style, reminds me of Del Potro.

As stated, we will try to triple the Bankroll within a month. We exclusively play tennis, mainly men's matches (80-90%), with women's matches only if something particularly appealing catches my eye.
We play exclusively singles, and I would be glad if others decide to follow suit, meaning no combining of pairs, so we can follow together.
In the case of paired texts, much of it is based on my views and subjective opinion. I'm not here to persuade, but I will gladly listen to others' opinions.
Bankroll: 1000 units
Goal: 3000
Single bet: 100 units (10% of the initial bankroll and this remains unchanged)
Odds: wwin
Hemery - Majchrzak r 0:2 1.83
The Pole returned after a year-long hiatus and is currently ranked 600+. Since his return, he has a record of 16:2. He suffered a narrow defeat against Coric and one against Kuhn, with one retirement. Generally, he was a fairly solid player before the injury. I think his ranking will significantly improve by the end of the season, far above the ITF and possibly the Challenger Tour. Now, honestly, I've watched Hemery twice on clay, where he looked clumsy and sluggish, although that's the surface where he has the best results. In my opinion, the difference in quality is obvious, and I think 0:2 and 1.83 are attractive enough to play.
Blancaneaux G. - Walton r0:2 1.73
Medvedev - Davidovich Fokina over -4.5 H2 1.92
Med's return after the choke in Australia. Honestly, he looks very pale. The first match against an even crazier Russian somehow, the second against Sonego barely. Fokina is a fool, but I think his talent is undeniable, and I believe he is the player of the moment and inspiration. I think if Med enters somewhat anemic, and this one starts to pass, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it ends 0:2 with Med's grumbling from start to finish towards his box.
Droguet - De Loore 1 1.67
Siniakova - Navarro 1 2.15
Siniakova wasted a won match a few days ago. I think generally it's not a big deal for women's tennis. I've watched Navarro play five or six matches, trying to understand what's special about her and how those victories come about. I get it, defense, few mistakes, but I'm really not impressed. None of what she offers seems classy to me. I think the girl really has a ranking that she won't sustain, but again, it's women's tennis, anything is possible.

Never bet on events with Russian players if you do not know the intricacies of their Russian soul! It's like flipping a coin to determine who will serve first. But I feel that in this match we can see Medvedev win even -7!
