WTA chiks retiring

I dont follow ZWomen's tennis to close..but it seems to me alot of girls are retiring in their matches..I was'nt watching but Sloane S. won that way today..and it seems like the favs are the ones retiring alot..any reason for this??

how come a guy with GolfGod for a handle is in the tennis thread and even more curious why have I never seen you in the golf thread??

just wondering....

There is no god when it comes to golf why else would the game be so damn frustrating

I picked Pat Perez as a winner last year..since then..I think I know something bout golf..anyway..I do follow some women's tennis..mainly for the hot ones..stunned to find out that Sloane is black...thought she was a young hottie...

damn you guys are acting like haters. and to answer the ops question, theres always a lot of retirements when you get within a couple weeks a of a major, especially when the players are playing in small meaningless tournaments
