I've been out of the dating scene way too long (I have a good excuse, married over 16 years), maybe it's a fault of mine, but I say hi to women that I might see a few days in a row even if I wouldn't want to be with them. If you see her, chances are she's noticed you existed too, and while I used to have a little fear of rejection, what reactions could there be? She could ignore you, say something to reject you, but most likely she will say hi back and you can start small talk. Good luck - worth a shot, no?

Does she know that you go there every morning as well? Have you stood next to her in line? Personally, I think the best way to break the ice is with a smart-ass or somewhat witting comment. If you know that she knows that you guys run into each other fairly regularly, then something like "we have to stop meeting like this" is sometimes enough to get a laugh and you can easily transition into introducing yourself. Then it's easy to move on to, "I see you in here pretty often; do you work around here?" Stuff like that. Then you can tell her where you work and get a little back and forth going. Depending on how she receives this, you can either just go with "nice to meet you" and call it good (with the plan of going to the next step the next time you run into her) or even go with the, "would you be interested in getting together for a cup of coffee sometime?" if you're getting positive vibes.
But the best way to break the ice is with humor IMO. But what you can do is largely dependent on whether she even knows who you are (ie. whether she has at least noticed the fact that you two run into each other at Starbucks quite often). If she's totally unaware, then you're gonna have to do something to at least catch her attention.....and that might involve getting next to her in line dazzling her with your sense of humor....if that's possible.
And if she thinks you're a stalker, just tell her that your neighbor beat you silly and that she probably could as well.

I'm gonna go ahead and recommend not doing that. If she sees you snapping a picture of her on your cell phone then you can go ahead and forget about it. Just introduce yourself and strike up a conversation. Then after you bang her a few times give us that picture but don't screw it up for yourself just so a few guys on a gambling forum can oogle her.

Withdraw your entire checking acct and pull out that wad of cash when you pay for your coffee - make sure she can see it. Would be a good idea to rent/borrow a nice car for that morning also.

I never have a problem approaching women cause i am an attractive guy. Its when I open my stupid mouth and start talking is when the rejection comes in. I have absolutely no game.
