Oh boy.

Im going to have to make a judgment here and say you are on tilt, a biased player, or just a square when it comes to betting in to lines about other gamblers.

Can anyone else tell Bluefin that a US Citizen can live abroad?

That a US Citizen can have dual citizenship?

Is he serious?  Can it be possible that he thinks if you want to live abroad you have to give up your US Citizenship?

Is he just winding me up?

Please label me a square, I don't want my limits slashed on these. If I'm wrong on this one, so be it, but I'm getting as much down as humanly possible.  I'm even willing to give you some action on regular sides to balance my action as long as it means my prop limits won't be slashed.

My father in law lives outside the US for about 11 months out of the year, and he surely has never renounced is US Citizenship.  Now, he is not trying to become a citizen of any other country, but certainly has residences outside of the US, where I am sure he receives bills and has his name on a lease, etc.  Was recently in Milano, and just moved to Abu Dhabi for his next job.  

Maybe he is confusing establishing residency with changing citizenship, who knows.

Haha Bluefin if you are a U.S. citizen you can live abroad. I'm American, I have dual citizenship and I live abroad. As long as you have proof of residency in the foreign country you can bet. You just cannot bet from an American IP address. Whenver I'm in U.S. I just have my GF bet for me, otherwise I just use 5dimes.

Utah Utes -7 (-110) $550/$500. Love spurs most so K play on the ML, and $550/$500 on the two college games I like. Let's go SPURS, IRISH and UTES

CG's venturing into ML territory had me write an odds conversion formula on the fly since it would be too cumbersome to update the sheet otherwise. Thought I'd share them for posterity since they could be useful to anyone using excel for their betting records/analysis.

A. Moneyline to decimal conversion:
=IF(A1<0,100/abs(A1)+1,A1/100+1)

B. Decimal to moneyline conversion:
=IF(A1<2,-1/(A1-1)*100,A1*100-100)

(Under the assumption that the odds that need to be converted are put into cell A1).

Michigan is a bad team. They stepped up today. Great. Despite that, I had major reservations about his UNC pick? Why? You don't just dispatch a team like UNC from these tournaments, no matter who they play. You get the best effort from a team with one of the richest traditions in all of college basketball, all in a year where Dean Smith passed and UNC imploded along with his passing, now looking for redemption. Despite the Duke loss, they have talent and disregarding anything and everything in CG's cap, the two picks absolutely could not be parlayed. Therefore, knowing what I know of both sides 1-1 is the most likely result.

Tonight? He does the same thing and goes after the Spurs. TOUGH game. Either side is a very tough side. He goes after these games day after day. These are no ideal spots in the least. Your record will be a bit over .500 or under it with these spots, vigged out over the long-term.

Does he care?

No. He just continues down the "Erosion of bankroll Via Vig" river without a paddle.

He wants the action on games he can watch. Well he's got it. And he's paying with his roll....bit by bit.

I think College Gambler's utter lack of concern in addressing other's questions, and lack of insight in his own thread, has caused the board to be less concerned about his outcomes and selections, during each passing day.

I now check the banter and conversations that go on, as College Gambler's contributions are becoming less significant.  IMO, he should just post his plays and updates on Youtube, as this reality show is becoming a major bore.

Ugh, I missed some of that sweet action @ +300, Van. Unfortunately, I was stuck in traffic on my way over. 

I think you should do a cumulative $1,500 or $550 bets over the next, say, 75K of bets. I think there is value in -180 right now for a $1,500 bet, simply because he made that $550 bet and will keep that "K" average. With the cumulative, you can still change your lines as you see fit, but won't be as frequent, so not expose your Operation to loss.

But, in the long run, I'll take more lower bet amounts than the higher, (stated by you earlier) because of the terrifying thought of going back. I think when he hits his Mendoza line, of say 12-15K bankroll, he will throttle back to keep his "journey" alive.

Boy I sure got you all going on both tracks today ha ha was playing Scal for the day. I was not saying you can not have a residency out side the U.S. but to be a resident of that country you have to live in the country . I should have said to be a citizen of a foreign country unles you were born with dual citizenship you have to renounce your citizenship in the US.

I'm getting sick of the freakig vig that's any I took Spurs ML. In case others were wondering. Scal I would be shocked if they didn't win at home tonight. U trust this Cavs team who is basically a group of guys just learning to play one another in SA tonight against a team who is on fire? I don't. Spurs large

Red Sox. MLB requires traveling teams to carry at least four regular starting players.  Boston took more because it was a short bus ride.  Buchholz and Rodriguez were each pitching three innings against a Pitt team that has not been hitting.  Seven wins in a row now for a red-hot Boston team.
