SLS is this new hotel by the Westgate... Heard good things about it. A few members of my organization quit today. Told them they r making a big mistake leaving my betting empire
This statement intimates that you have investors. Is this accurate? Advisors would not leave if all they did was advise. Investors would leave if they saw things they did not like...like, oh...say...cocaine, strippers, etc, etc.
Do you have investor money at stake here CG?
PM for the skinny on the down low

What organization? If you had one, you would have won mich st -3- today.
I was sick when you were on the same side as me, but happy that i had the better number. And for the record, i was lucky as hell to win that mich st bet. It really should have been a loss

Yes, SLS is the old Sahara. They are one of the top grossing hotels in Miami and LA. Also opening a tower in Baha Mar in the Bahamas.
The pool party is about to open up there, and a bunch of big parties have been going on. Just let me know.
Either way, would love to buy you a drink while I'm out of state. My buddy can meet you.

I know I'm in the massive minority on this one but I find him damn entertaining. Dave Pasch (the play by play guy) goes at him once in a while and it makes an otherwise boring college basketball game worth listening to.
i dont live in the states and never knew he was received as being so objectionable....but i too find the guy hugely entertaining and definitely likable in his own quirky, inimitable way...not sure why people wud dislike his style so much to be honest...good to have sumthing different than the usual homogeneous,cookie-cutter commentators that populate every sport

the dudes responses and actions on this "journey" are so predictably cliche' is everyone else not getting the feeling that this whole thing is rather scripted/pre-planned??..as sum sort of social experiment or the like??
not that this sort of stuff doesnt go on in real life but its convenient that there is a heaving mass of expectant spectators/observers hanging off the edge of their seats and waiting on every word and the story just keeps on "delivering" as if sumone is watching it all play out and plotting the next twist or turn.....or maybe im paranoid

Of course, you are only paranoid if it is really true....
But, these sentiments of yours are easily explained by the fact that you obviously do not have enough of the background of the story. I spent about 6 hours one day and read the ENTIRE thread (minus some of the batsh!t crazy posters) and got a complete view of the man, the myth, the legend that is CG.
Believe me, what you see is what you get with CG.
He is no more and no less than exactly what you see portrayed on these pages. He is the living embodiment of every "young millennial goes out to find his fortune in the bid ole world" cliche you could every think of or name.
He is the embodiment of every 20 something, male, party animal and gambling fool stereotype that you could dream of.
It is all this and more that creates that feeling in you of "I have seen this before." because you have...in every movie even remotely connected to 20 something angst, young gamblers or Vegas trip films there is a piece of him that fits ever so nicely into your memory bank.
It's no coincidence. Deja vu is just around the corner every turn of the page here.
So, maybe we need a better term than paranoia because CG is not out to get you. Maybe the better term would be "prescience" since it seems as if you have seen all this before as if it is "scripted" like a movie...like you almost know what is going to happen next..but you just aren't perfectly sure.

Haven't seen you in this thread but CG is a smarter (and I really mean that) version of Beantown.

CG will be back in Jersey before winter. Then he'll brag for the rest of his life how he was a "pro gambler in vegas" when in reality, he moved to vegas, lost his life savings, and moved back home.
