Iowa State Cyclones -6 (-110) $1100/$1000
This ballclub is 14-0 at home and is a very dangerous club when they are shooting the ball well. Baylor happened to beat them in Waco by one and I feel that will motivate the Cyclones even more. I never trust Baylor in a big road game. As good as they started in Kansas about 10 days ago they still didn't cover. (was on Kansas that game)
I think the Cyclones will shoot the ball well like they normally do which will help neutralize the Baylor zone and the Cyclones will avenge the one pt loss in Waco by 7 or more pts tonight in AMES.

Lunch I usually have two sandwiches... Ham or Turkey on whole weat bread and a few chips.. Chips are literally the only junk food I ever eat.. I never have ice cream, cookies, chocolate, candy or anything like that in the house.
I even cut out Genoa Salami and provolone that I love to try to get healthier and eat ham or turkey dry on my sandwich.. I don't eat any mayo, butter, ketchup or anything like that either. And im not drinking out here more than a beer or two maybe 3 times a week.
so im eating pretty healthy, hence I went from 240 lbs to 210 lbs. hard to get much lower now tho it seems. but I lift so 210 isn't even that fat for me.
I eat more fruits and vegetables than anyone I bet. im eating 3-4 apples, banannas and oranges a day. in the summer ill eat 3+ peaches daily love them... and u all know my giant salads. if I didn't care I could hit 300lbs in two months I bet lmao
