Go find one of your mom's friends and start sleeping with her and see how your mom reacts to the situation. Maybe she will see how strange it is for a 25yr old to be with a lady in late 40's. If that don't work go talk to his parents see how they feel about the situation. I would be pissed if it was my mom and would kick the dudes ass. I was sleeping with a lady in her 40's when I was in my 20's but her kids where young and had no problem with it. They were just glad their mom was happy.

BigDave - I think this is different though.  For one, he isn't friends with this guy.  If one of my friends rolled in the sack with my mom, I'd kick his ass so bad he'd be talking out of his anus for the rest of his life.
 
Sleeping with one of his mom's friends would only make things worse, as he would be doing it to intentionally hurt his Mom.  His Mom is having a fling with this guy because it makes her happy, not because it pisses off her son...big difference if you ask me.
 
NoseHair...my advice to you is to sack the fuck up and deal with it.  Your Mom isn't running your life, and you sure as fuck shouldn't be trying to run hers.  If anything, you should support her, rather than make things worse.  After all...she's the reason you exist and more than likely had a solid upbringing.
