Happy New Year's to you and the family bro
I was stationed at Ft. Polk for 3 years but the only time I went down to New Orleans was during Mardi Gras during February and all of that is pretty much a blur.
Good luck on your trip and enjoy the game
Simple logic would indicate if someone/something backs out, then something/something backs in. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. - Issac Newton
Thanks for the lesson professor but if you understood logic then that statment is entirely false. One backing out does not require it's counter part to "back in". It must simply go forward to fill the void. -Hunted466
Anyone that thinks this will be a rerun... I have 10 units if you are willing to put your money where your mouth is. We can use a third party poster to hold the cash.
Cmon stabo, DoBrown back it up. Give me 30 points and you've got a bet. It's easy money boys.
Go Buckeyes!

Hawk,
How does LSU play in the Big Game with two loses to unranked teams, the last one at home with the apple in sight? Still trying to figure that one out!
Those two LSU losses were to divisional teams that both went into triple OT. The biggest games for a team are the divisional games....stats and rankings go out the door. A good example was the Stanford/USC game. Those two unranked teams that beat LSU both went to bowl games also (Arky got spanked and Kentucky beat a multiple suspended team).
I got LSU on this one and GL on your play.

All respect to you my friend. Be careful on this one. Tressel is one of best coaches in college bal.(if not THE best) There's a different feeling about this game from last year.

LSU plays in this game the same way Ohio State plays in it after losing at home to Illinois with "the apple in site". Every team that had a shot at playing in this game lost a game they shouldn't have with "the apple in site"... LSU, OSU, USC, WVU, KU, Mizz, etc... Tigers and Buckeyes just happen to be the last 2 standing. With all that said... Superdome crowd and team speed give LSU the edge... OSU better not get down 10-0 or 14-0 early or it will snowball quick. Tigers win it 30-16.

You might wanna re-think OSU at the half. They might be a little rusty...they haven't played for over 7 weeks.
Anyone thinks this will affect the first half?
