I won an hoodie last year and 4 hats since 2015, still waiting for my 5th hat and my 30 dollars Covers expert credit for finishing 98th in the fall 2016 ultimate race. The new hat design looks better than the old hat. Maybe you didn't reply to there Email Dman, but it's not fair if they don't give you your prize cause of some reason you can't get into your email to reply. For example when I tried to get into my email to reply it would say something about orphaned accounts or my computer was out of memory, or it would just say no new messages. If you send covers multiple messages telling them this and that your information where you would get your prizes stayed the same they should still send you the prizes you won even though you didn't reply to the email.

I like Covers other than them not giving me the hat I won for my W9 on Covers streak survivor in late Jan 2017, I think something like Jan 21-30 or Jan 21-29 to be exact. Also don't like they never gave me the 30 dollars covers expert credit I won, there should be no timeline or deadline for someone to recieve the prizes they won, There should be an open time window of at least an year or maybe infinite for someone to reply to recieve the prizes they won. Maybe they need to get there Email or Computer fixed to reply to the E mail, but if they send 1 or multiple messages to Covers explaining and there prize information stayed the same they should still receive there prizes. I still want my hat and 30 dollars covers expert credit if it's not too late, I'm pretty good on my own, I have good sports knowledge and know an lot about sports so don't know how much help the experts would be if any.
