I picked Houston &amp; it is not raining in NY but game cancelled !!Not aloud to make different pick.Maybe they can change that rule for next race.One thing if you don&#x27;t even look at weather, but when it is not raining at all how do you know it will be cancelled? Agree 100%. When I see things run in this fashion, it opens my eyes not to trust wagering real money through them. This is like losing a tire, when in a race.

The rules clearly state that any cancelled,voided, and even a rain out when it&#x27;s not raining is listed as a void. This is a free contest to win $ how can anyone complain with the rules. Especially when there stated up front
