Gian......I strongly agree that OVERS are the way to go w. College Basketball.  I'd wait until March to play the 'Under System'.  Also, its all about scoring these days, not what it use to be.  These kids don't play 'Old School D' like they did 10-20 years ago. 

So, your "New" Over System is PLAY a Unit on 1st Half Over.  Hits=$$, Doesn't Hit=Double Up on 2nd Half Over Correct?
