Circa Survivor Hedge

Been trying to sell a 20% stake in my final entry without any luck.  I've listed it at market rate,  and have only had intrest from buyers that want pick control (can't blame them). I'm thinking of flying to Vegas to place a wager on the spread of the opposite side that I'm selecting this week in hoping for a middle. If Circa isn't offering credit yet, I will risk my own money.  If this works as planned, I will have the return I want to move forward, and have not had to whittle off any piece of my entry. I need someone to shoot some pros/ cons my way as I'm all in on thinking this is a legit option.  Thank you forum in advance.

BTW - if you are "rock-2", you are not at "market price".  You are 2.5 times market price.  You are asking 50k for 20%. You will never sell at that.  I just bought 5% of a very good entry for 5k.

Just an outside voice so take it for what it is worth....

I think if you both approached survivor sweat and explained what you are trying to do (an equity swap), the couple of hundred bucks he would ask for is well worth it for the trusted third party and the contract he can provide.

Like I said...  Just one opinion.

What is your entry name? I have already completed a swap with Survivor Sweat, and depending on the percentage we want to swap, they take a percentage. I traded with someone else for 4%, and Survivor Sweat initially wanted 1% of each of our entries, but I was able to negotiate it down to 0.6%.

In a sense, it's the equivalent of diversifying the portfolio. Am I wrong here?

 swaps are also available cheaper at survivor atlas.  I think its too early for a hedge also ATS.
