 I Use Public Consensus And 40 Handicappers From 2 Different Sites.
 On The 1st Site, The Play Has To Be A GUARANTEE Play By 1 Handicapper.
 Also At Least 4 Other Handicappers Must Agree On That Play.
 On The 2nd Site, The Play Has To Be  A "Play Of The Day" By 5 Handicappers.

 Some Days, There Will Be No Play. I Am Only Concern About Making You Money.
