GucciCapper has had an AMAZING time in California visiting GucciCapper's family and friends. All good things must come to an end. GucciCapper FINISHED all GucciCapper's shopping for the korean MILF (Lush, Victoria Secret, See's Candy, Godiva, MAC, Sephora) and now GucciCapper thinks it's only right if GucciCapper can SPLURGE a little.
After the Chargers Moneyline victory (Go Chargers Go), GucciCapper decided to buy a single ticket for the National Championship game. With ticket prices so low, GucciCapper kept scrolling lower and lower to the field and finally found a great deal. The South Field Seats. Basically, these seats get you free food and alcohol with a recliner chair. From photos, anytime a team (most likely Clemson) scores a touchdown heading south, GucciCapper will be right in the action. Like the Kings courtside games GucciCapper used to attend, GucciCapper will definitely be geared up in ORANGE. GucciCapper will be representing Clemson today with a lot of Clemson gear on.
So why are we taking Clemson boys? For the following reasons.
1) Alabama's defense looked like a prostitute who had one too many customers late at night going into the fourth quarter. There were HOLES wide open and GucciCapper believes if the game went on for another 15 minutes, Boomer Sooner would have won. The lack of playing in meaningful games in the 4th quarter will ULTIMATELY screw Alabama. Their defense is not accustomed to playing a hard fought game and Clemson's big boys on the o and d line will dominate the trenches late in the 4th.
2) Dancing with Dabo angle. GucciCapper hopes he can be dancing with Dabo after the game. Dabo is always fired up for these games and GucciCapper thinks the embarrassment that happened last year against Alabama will have Clemson fully focused for this game. Clemson is 1-2 in these matchups and GucciCapper expects them to get back on track today. Dabo will have one or two trick plays up his sleeve that will ultimately work out in Clemson's favor.
3) Trevor Lawrence. GucciCapper is a Kings fan, and we all know that Willy Cauly-Stein legally changed his middle name to "Trill". Trevor Lawrence is the definition of Trill. Remember when Brent Musburger told all the young boys to go out to the backyard and start throwing the pigskin around with pops when AJ McCarron's girlfriend was shown on TV? Look up Marissa Mowry. GucciCapper is more into asian women, but WOW. GucciCapper likes what he sees. Lawrence is a winner in all aspects of life and GucciCapper expects this freshman QB to go out and look very calm under the lights. He will beat Saban tonight.
4) Tua's injury. Tua is not 100 percent healthy and GucciCapper thinks this Clemson big defensive line will get to him multiple times today. Look at what happened with Lamar Jackson yesterday. GucciCapper expects a lot of sacks and possibly a Jalen Hurns sighting.
5) The MOTIVATION and REVENGE angle. Clemson is just the hungrier team. When you're on top, it's hard to be as motivated. It's just normal human nature. Clemson will have that extra chip on their shoulder.
GucciCapper is going to take the +5.5 points just so GucciCapper is a bit more relaxed at the game. GucciCapper thinks this will be a very close game and GucciCapper rather have the points just incase something dirty happens at the end of the game. GucciCapper DOES believe Clemson will outright win this game though.
GucciCapper has made an RSVP posting for the game, where GucciCapper is trying to organize a little covers meet up inside the stadium before the game. Either post in that thread or this one and lets finalize all the details. GucciCapper thinks it will be fun having beers with the covers community. After the game, GucciCapper needs to get a little rest before flying out of SFO tomorrow back to Seoul.
