Broncos get McDaniels and Nolan. Might be the best young coaching duo in the league. Nolan got a raw deal in SF and proved he was a great defensive coordinator with Baltimore. He's already got a number of playmakers, he just needs to grab a tackle and safety with the draft.
 
Offensively, McDaniels is quietly an awesome offensive coordinator and the Broncos have a ton of talent on that side of the ball. Special teams need work, as they need to replace Eddie Royal as a KR/PR and coverage squads need work.
 
I'm impressed, and will be watching this team closely as a breakout team next year. I'm sure the coaches will get them a lot of publicity, but I like this coaching move, and I really think they have the talent and coaching in place to make a Championship run.

Nolan was rumored to be one of the top candidates for the Packers Defensive Coordinator job.    He used to be Packer head coach Mike McCarthy's boss in San Fran.    McCarthy was the Offensive Coordinator.

Also,   I'm not sure about Jay Cutler.     Something doesn't seem right with that bro.     He's got physical talent but I don't know it seems like he's got an attitude and intelligence problem.

Monte, I've hit a fucking cold streak. It took a huge NCAA Saturday to stay in the black for the weekend. I was 0-4 with hoops Friday and Sunday and they were all close ball busters. Thank goodness I stayed the fuck away from football this weekend or it woulda been a bloodbath.

Long story short, I'm snakebitten with hoops right now, so tread lightly, ca tion, etc.

Concerning Cutler, he's got a cannon, and is mobile. He has the playmakers around him to succeed. As for the line, they have a great young LT to protect Cutler's blindside, they have a great backfield with Torrain and Hillis. At WR they have two studs.....Marshall needs to clean up his drops, but Royal is not only super talented but smart and will only be better with a year of experience. McDaniels has the weapons to do damage.

As long as the Broncos fortify their o-line and improve that defense, lets compare playmakers with McDaniel's roster this year:
 
Cutler vs. Cassel
Mashall vs. Moss
Royal vs. Welker
Stokley vs. Gaffney
Scheffler/Graham vs. Watson/Thomas
Faulk/Morris vs Torrain/Hillis
 
They need to trade away some RB's and draft well, but the pieces are there.

We'll see how it plays out.          Cutler may be mentally challenged.
