He is done and can never be trusted with his purely "technical" picks. Whatever feel he had during the salad days has now left him.
His last two major plays... Wisc -2...final score Michigan 38-17 and Okla -16.5...they won 16-13 and did not even score the spread.

Guys...the goal here is to exceed a 53% winning percentage. Above 53% you are winning money betting on football. below 53%, you are losing. Ive said this here before, looking at 5, or 25 plays is not a barometer of success getting to 53%...500 plays? sure, that is a valid data selection size. So what if DavidN is 10-16 or whatever it is this year...he has a TON of documented success over the long haul, and if you find someone who knows how to spot winners, over the course of time, it will pan out.
If davidN, or Duck, or B.A. or jimbob the new guy post their plays, and keep accurate records, and over 100+ plays in a season, for 3,4,5+ seasons eclipse 53%, then great job...if not...guess what, YOU placed the bet. no one forced you. you can do the research and watch the games, analyze stats and box scores, read reports, watch lines, ask the guy next to you in the shitter at the casino what he thinks...whatever else, but YOU place the bet. you quite literally only have yourself to be mad at.

I will tell you for those buying picks why it never works out...While good cappers can go 53-55% over the long run and make money..You need discipline and money management IE unit system...The problem is that 99% of people who buy picks will not just end up sticking that that tout's system and playing only those games..They are degenerates..there are games all day everyday 7 days a week..on any given sport...and on Saturday and Sunday over 100 games all day... they will play games on their own or sometimes push it and go all in or wager half their bankroll or jus bet something for action...It never works out that way...Very few if any have that discipline to pay for and eat a Tout's 10* star loss and not play anything for the rest of the day..Most will chase...

But, you are speaking in generalities. From the opinion of many here on covers, DavidN is not a typical tout. He proved himself here on covers for free. He has not had a great start to the college football season, but honestly believe that he is genuinely trying to pick winners for his subscribers, since that would be good for business. I don’t think he is a typical d-bag tout who gives plays on both sides or tries to manipulate. These degenerates who blindly follow touts or those of us who give our free plays sans their own validation are natural born losers and they have no chance to succeed at risky college football capping. You bring up some good points about money management. I just don’t think you can lump all touts into one stereotype. Call me delusional, but I think by the end of the season, DavidN will go on a run and have a solid net profit year for his subscribers…

When u are a Tout you better win from the start..its all about what have u done for me lately especially when someone is paying for picks...He could start the season 0-10 and and then go 15-0 and be profitable on the season...Not acceptable with most people that buy picks if they get buried early..thats just the way it is...You want to charge money..accept the criticism..Noone cares what you did 3 years ago..Its what have u done for me lately..Can't hack it..Don't be a tout..Plain and simple...This is the real world..

If you recall, you insulted me late last week...Who's right or wrong, does not matter...That's what started this...
If I ever paid for picks and stuck with a Tout...And that tout went 1-8 for the 1st 3 weeks..that shiit would eat me up big time...It easier said than done to stick it out with that tout and continuing to risk your hard earned money on top of paying that tout for his services..Yes that tout can end up going on a 12-0 heater next 4 weeks but you have to have confidence to stick it out..99% cannot and will throw in the towel by week 2....They want instant gratification and results...
