Whats up whats up whats up. Happy Memorial Day Everyone 

So for those of you who have been with us from the start, you might know the Raiders and A's are my teams. Win or lose to a fault. 

You may also remember a certain A's play on a revenge angel I had early on in the season (Post #116, #126 and #132 in this thread)

On that day it was Oakland vs. Cleveland and Kazmir's first time pitching against his former team. I really liked him in that spot and liked the team to rally on his behalf. 

Today for the first time since game 2.....that angle has reemerged. The Detroit Tigers are a team the A's hate. "I remember because I was there" when they took us out in the playoffs the last two seasons. This is our first opportunity to avenge that series loss, at home, in front of a sell out memorial day crowd.

But I know, so many in this thread are sharp and wont be moved by sentiment---thus, lets go to the numbers 

Milone has a 3.24 ERA and is 2-0 against the Tigers. Also Smyly had a relief appearance over the weekend and is starting today. I know it may not seem like a big thing, but messing with a guys routine could prove costly. Also, Cabrera has an injured hamstring that caused him not to finish the game yesterday. On top of the Tigers being a +120 favorite with REVERSE line movement----The House wants your money on the Tigers today because the A's will roll.

Finally, if the Revenge Angle is not enough. There is the super rare Afro Angle. That's right, my lady and I will be in attendance today. And the A's are undefeated when my lady rocks the Afro to the game. I can confirm the Afro will be in full force today, fellas. (gamer might remember a time against Seattle when he faded the A's and I was there against King F and the A's lost.....no Afro that day).
