Notes: Aces are not covering because they are giving up too many points.  Also they are laying too many points.  If they are going to cover these games and give up so many points they need to score 100+.  Most certainly this will happen sooner than later, but to be consistent doing so?  I haven’t seen it from any team.  Even last game the Aces had 2 great quarters and 2 quarters under 20 points. Until the lines come down I’m fading the double digit favorites that let teams stay in the game. 

the big total doesn’t scare me.  The Aces are too talented not to hoop on offense and they leave their opponents opportunity when on defense.  Phx is a middle to upper scoring team in my opinion.

Under 168.5  Dream/Wings 

Dream 1st home game as their opening 2 game saw them as road chalk.  Yes, so fo like them at home laying the -5 but I really like this under more. The 168.5 the way the dream roster sits is much different than the Aces total of 171.5.  The Dream don’t have a full starting 5 with as many shooters and the Liberty and Aces and in my opinion will not play to a 168.5 speed on offense and most certainly will play better on D on home court.  I just can’t see these team consistently getting up and down the court and scoring so many buckets.  The only thing that could push this game over is a close game at the end with lots of fouls.  We will see what happens when we get to the 4th Q maybe a hedge bet of middle opportunity on the 4th Q over.  

Lean Dream and play on under 168.5

Sparks -3.5 and under 160.5 

Through my eyes this game my focus is on the Mystics.  They don’t have a lot of scoring and in a few games when they don’t play another high output team should be a ripe under opportunity.  In order for me to get involved with an over in Mystics play the total better be in the 150 or when they play the super scoring teams.  Sparks don’t need to play fast here to find the success they want.  

As far as the side well again the Mystics this will be their 3rd game in 5 days and it’s been road, home, road so lots of travel and not a lot of rest time in between.  This is secondary though because the Mystics are not really good.  3.5 on the road for a team that struggles offensively just isn’t the right recipe and not very appealing to me.  

Sparks played the Aces and a high quality Dream team so this is bar far their easiest opponent and on home court should find their needed W here.  

Early consensus likes the Mystics here so maybe a line drop is heading our way but I don’t seeing it drop below -3 and I don’t think it will matter.  

Sparks and under.  Sparks don’t need to push the pace here.

I have increased my Sparks bet because it’s -2.5 now and I really don’t feel the Mystics are a good enough team to win road games.  They have played close games and so far are impressive but winning road games is a whole different story.

Omg the sparks blew a great opportunity.  I guess they can only improve.  Maybe the travel for the Mystics really catches up with them? Let’s hope

 Ty and thanks to all.  So far so good and early in the season it’s been a bit straight forward.  By that I mean no injuries and teams have been playing like they usually play.  

A few exceptions :Aces are no longer the powerhouse.  They have 3 awesome scorers and their D is less than per par seasons. Oh they are going to have their blowouts, right now they don’t have it.

Seattle will improve.   Losing 2 games to the Lynx and 1 to the Liberty.  I bet them tonight and I hope they have a better game.  On paper looks good, we will see if they can find A way.
